Livestock Nutrition Center is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our team in Garden City, Kansas. The roles include mill production operations and light equipment duties with a flexible schedule.

You will help maintain cleanliness, run routine tasks, and support maintenance and safety standards on site. We value reliability, teamwork, and physical stamina, with opportunities for further skill development in an established regional feed manufacturer.

Formación

• Walk and stand for 10 hours a day.
• Able to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift, skid steer, front end loader experience preferred.
• Work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain safety.
• Attention to detail and teamwork required.
• Some weekends may be required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Keep the mill clean, including surrounding grounds.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in repairs with maintenance staff and contractors.
• Help maximize efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure ingredient quality meets LNC standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment per training.
• Follow company safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Perform other related tasks as directed by local management.
