Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center LLC is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our team in Quanah, TX. The role involves mill operations, light equipment handling, and routine maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

You will work on a flexible schedule, perform quality checks on ingredients, and follow safety and OSHA standards. Prior experience with mills or feed production is a plus, and weekend work may be required in winter months.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with forklift or similar equipment preferred.
• Capable of working in variable weather and dusty environments.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Some weekend work required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance projects with staff and contractors.
• Help maximize mill efficiency and crew productivity.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients and ensure quality.
• Operate equipment safely per training and OSHA standards.
• Participate in other operational tasks as assigned by management.
