Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Foreman, AR is seeking motivated Production Laborers to join our mill operations. The role involves operating the mill, performing light equipment tasks, and keeping work areas clean and safe to support high-quality feed production.

You will assist with maintenance, manage ingredient inventory, and ensure ingredients meet our standards while adhering to strict safety practices. Some weekend work may be required in winter months.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk and stand for 10 hours/day.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift, Skid Steer, Front end loader experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions, including dust, extreme heat or cold.
• Ability to perform general housekeeping duties.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Some weekends required in winter months.
• Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill clean, including grounds surrounding the mill.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with maintenance staff and contractors, as well as fulfill Project Manager requests.
• Assist in maximizing efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure quality of ingredients are of LNC standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment, following proper training of all equipment.
• Follow company safety practices, along with OSHA standards.
• Perform any other related operational processes and tasks deemed necessary by local management.
