Qualifications

• Familiarity with safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill clean and grounds maintained.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in repair and maintenance projects with staff and contractors.
• Help maximize efficiency of the mill and crew.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients; ensure quality to LNC standards.
• Safely operate equipment with proper training.
• Follow company safety practices and OSHA standards.
• Fulfill related operational tasks as directed by management.
