Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Millwright experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Experience cutting and welding.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting bearings, sprockets, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and chains.
• Computer software and tablet experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and policies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment for reliability and uptime.
• Assist co-workers and work in a team environment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for the facility.
• Communicate work performed and equipment statuses clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Perform tasks in a heavy, noisy manufacturing mill environment with physical activity.
• Walk elevated catwalks and work in confined spaces as needed.
• Update tasks and tickets using software.
