Qualifications

• 3+ years of Millwright experience.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Experience cutting and welding.
• Installing and troubleshooting bearings, sprockets, motors, gearboxes, pumps, chains, etc.
• Computer software and tablet experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines and policies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment for reliability and uptime.
• Assist co-workers and work in a team environment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards for the facility.
• Communicate work performed and equipment statuses clearly.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for long shifts in a manufacturing mill environment.
• Walk on elevated catwalks and work in confined spaces as required.
• Use software to update tasks and tickets.
• Troubleshoot equipment for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
