International Paper seeks a Mechanical Reliability Engineer for the Valliant Mill in Oklahoma. You will lead maintenance strategy improvements and reliability initiatives across critical equipment.

The role collaborates with the Mechanical Reliability Engineering Manager and Capital teams to apply RCM, RCFA, CADT, and PdM programs, while supporting outages and equipment start-ups. Candidates should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of experience; willingness to work weekends and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Certifications/endorsements for tank and pressure vessel inspection appreciated.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving and time management.
• Proficient with CAD tools including AutoCAD, Inventor and FEA.

Responsabilidades

• Improve maintenance strategies and overall equipment reliability using RCM and IP GMS.
• Assist Mill Teams with the implementation and sustainment of Reliability systems.
• Improve reliability by executing PCF's, RCFA's, and CADT events.
• Develop, execute, and sustain Reliability Deliberate Improvement Projects.
• Schedule and coordinate outage related efforts and start-up of equipment.
• Plan and execute inspection/repairs of tanks, pressure vessels, and rotating equipment.
• Assist Capital Team with development and implementation of Capital projects.
• Lead and participate in RCFA to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and refine asset maintenance strategies to prevent failures and downtime.
• Lead PdM activities in area and integrate with Operations.
