The Prattville Mill at International Paper Company is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to lead the mill's electrical reliability efforts and drive targeted safety and reliability outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Pulp and Paper Industry. 5+ years preferred.
• Maintenance or Maintenance Engineering experience; significant experience with EPD (Electrical Power Drives) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mill-wide electrical reliability efforts to improve safety and reliability.
• Direct elements of the Prattville Electrical Reliability Team and plan timely repairs.
• Develop spare parts strategies, upgrade legacy systems, and train personnel.
