Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Lebanon, Oregon seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of millwrights, electricians and mechanics in safety, quality and maintenance of all equipment and buildings. You will drive uptime, coordinate with production, and mentor staff to build skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, air systems, mechanical drives and electrical basics.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily maintenance activities for millwrights, electricians and mechanics.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, and address safety/quality issues.
• Coordinate with production to maximize uptime and minimize costs.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
