Job summary

NWH in Eugene, WA is seeking a skilled Millwright to maintain and repair our manufacturing equipment. The role requires cutting, welding, fabrication, and precise drivetrain alignments, with safety as a priority and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

You will join a maintenance team performing troubleshooting on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, bearings, and valves, and you will document downtime and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to cut, weld, and fabricate using trade best practices.
• Must perform precision drivetrain alignments.
• Must follow all safety policies and maintain a good safety record.
• Willing to work any shift, overtime, weekends and holidays as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to document downtime and maintenance activities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Apply knowledge of equipment and processes to maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gear reducers, bearings, and valves.
