Job summary

Northern Star Pogo LLC in Delta Junction, AK is seeking a Mill Maintenance Planner to schedule and track maintenance across fixed plant equipment. The role focuses on minimizing downtime, coordinating with Operations and Vendors, and ensuring reliability of critical assets.

You will organize preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure proper parts, data sheets, and calibration records are included.

Qualifications

• Mining fixed plant equipment planning and scheduling experience.
• Proficient in maintenance planning/scheduling tools and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Organize downtime with Operations, Maintenance, and Vendors to ensure manpower and tool availability.
• Create work orders and ensure correct parts and records are attached.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and HVAC crews for weekly schedules.
• Prepare backlog and PM reports for scheduling meetings.
