Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Reliability, Planning, & Project Coordinator for the Pogo processing plant in Delta Junction, AK. This role leads maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability and project functions to improve plant availability and asset performance, driving a disciplined work management cycle across maintenance, operations and contractors.

You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, manage backlog and lead shutdowns with materials readiness and post-shutdown close-out,

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance planning and reliability leadership experience in mining, mineral processing, heavy industry or fixed plant operations.
• Experience with Pronto, SAP, AMT or similar CMMS.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical, field-focused leadership style with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to work with imperfect data while improving discipline, systems and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Processing Maintenance planning, scheduling and reliability function.
• Establish and maintain a disciplined weekly planning and scheduling cycle.
• Improve PM compliance and backlog control; enhance work order quality.
• Lead shutdown planning, materials readiness and post-shutdown close-out.
• Coach planners, reliability engineers, supervisors and maintenance leaders in work management discipline.
