Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance plans including scope, labor, durations, tools, parts, and safety requirements.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize workforce efficiency.
• Track planned vs actual work and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, and contractors for outages and major projects.
