Job summary

Ahlstrom is seeking an E & I Journeyman to join our Stevens Point, WI mill team. You will perform a variety of electrical and instrumentation tasks, including repairs and installations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

The role requires a completed State Indentured E/I Apprenticeship Program or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50-70 lbs. regularly. The position offers a competitive pay range from $42.62 to $46.33, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a State Indentured E/I Apprenticeship Program, or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50‑70 lbs. regularly.
• Must have flexibility, reach and body height consistent with job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintains and installs electrical/instrumentation systems and equipment.
• Locates, diagnoses and repairs electrical/instrumentation malfunctions.
• Trains apprentices and journeyman electricians as required.
