Mativ is seeking an experienced E&I Journeyman to support mill and converting assets in Neenah, WI. The role requires journeyman card or state license, a high school diploma, and strong technical/problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure reliability and up time.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and install/repair as needed.
Assist service calls on duty to support production operations.
Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available and document service records.
