Job summary

Sustana Group in De Pere, WI is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to calibrate instrumentation and maintain electrical equipment in our mill. The role requires a Journeyman card and involves drive systems, PLCs, and control systems in a heavy industrial setting.

The successful candidate will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and boiler-related systems, and help select spare parts and upgrades while following safety and quality standards. Full-time, 6am–2pm, Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Experience with industrial maintenance in a mill environment.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and change out instrumentation used to monitor process and equipment.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues throughout our mill.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Help specify spare parts and upgrades to electrical equipment and MCCs.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and comply with safety/quality policies.
