Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. seeks an E&I Journeyman to support mill and converting assets at our Neenah, WI facility. You’ll maintain electrical systems, troubleshoot controls, and perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.

Ideal candidates have a Journeyman card, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment within an industrial setting. The role requires safety and PPE, and a willingness to work extended shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Journeyman card or state license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical/problem solving skills
• Team collaboration to meet objectives
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing/converting processes for reliability and uptime
• Perform preventative/corrective maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Assist with service calls and on-duty coverage to ensure production
• Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available; document service records
• Recommend/initiate equipment modifications or replacements as needed
