Mativ is seeking an Electrician - E&I Journeyman to support process maintenance across mill assets in Wisconsin. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely service calls to keep production up.

Qualifications

• Journeyman card and/or state license.
• Contribute in a team environment to meet objectives.
• Pass pre-employment physical capabilities test, drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Strong technical/problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing and converting processes for optimum uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with service calls and cover on-call rotations as needed.
• Ensure tools, parts, and supplies are available and records are completed.
