Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel and POS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Milkshed operations including opening/closing and staffing
• Maintain service speed, accuracy and product quality during peak and slow periods
• Coach staff and ensure adherence to policies; provide feedback to Manager
• Manage labor, inventory and food costs within company standards
• Oversee cash handling, POS usage, and deposits per company procedures
• Develop seasonal Milkshed menu items and coordinate ordering, promotions and training
• Use MarginEdge for inventory records and weekly updates; report discrepancies
• Communicate issues to Manager and escalate when needed
