Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in agriculture, business, economics, sales and marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive milk marketing and market analysis experience.
• Proven ability in customer development, sales contract negotiation, and problem resolution.
• Leadership experience preferred; certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies to maximize market share and member income.
• Provide market pricing outlook presentations to stakeholders and leaders.
• Oversee regional sales and marketing activities within budgeting parameters.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, and customer service teams.
• Lead and coach direct reports to build high-performing teams.
• Represent DFA at industry events and manage relationships with members and haulers.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing and pricing processes.
