Teleperformance is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to support full life cycle hiring at Fort Bragg, onsite in North Carolina. You will identify qualified candidates, screen and interview, coordinate pre-employment checks, and liaise with HR on compensation and EEOC issues.

Qualifications

• Active duty military, military spouse, or veteran requirement.
• Within 20 miles of Fort Bragg.
• 1–3 years recruiting/interviewing experience.
• Experience with salary negotiations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong time management.
• Depth of knowledge in employment law preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research to identify qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research resources.
• Research, assemble, and analyze recruiting data, then make recommendations to support recruiting efforts and business goals.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure qualifications align with requirements for open positions.
• Verify qualifications, then schedule interviews with hiring managers and executives.
• Oversee pre-employment requirements, including background investigations and checks to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR on recruiting issues tied to new hire requirements, compensation, EEOC considerations.
• Build relationships with internal and external recruiting resources.
• Support a best-in-class candidate experience by representing Teleperformance professionally.
• Review onboarding completion and ensure paperwork is complete prior to moving candidates through lifecycle.
• Communicate expectations to candidates and provide employment offer and orientation requirements.
• Maintain recruiting data and research new sources for active and passive recruiting.
• Perform other duties as assigned in a team-oriented environment.
