Location: Fort Bragg, NC (onsite)
Salary: USD 45,000 - 65,000 per yearly

Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify qualified candidates using internal databases, job boards, schools, professional associations, business contacts, and other research resources.
- Research, assemble, and analyze recruiting data, then make recommendations to support recruiting efforts and business goals.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure qualifications align with requirements for open positions.
- Verify qualifications, then schedule interviews with hiring managers and executives.
- Oversee pre-employment requirements, including background investigations, reference checks, drug testing, credit checks, fingerprinting, and other items needed to maintain compliance and proper applicant status progression.
- Collaborate with leaders and Human Resources on recruiting issues tied to new hire requirements, compensation, and EEOC considerations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external recruiting resources.
- Support a best-in-class candidate experience by representing Teleperformance professionally and accurately to all candidates.
- Review onboarding completion to ensure new hire paperwork is complete and accurate prior to moving candidates through the life cycle.
- Communicate expectations to candidates, and provide employment offer and orientation requirements.
- Maintain recruiting data through timely dispositioning and reporting, and research new sources for active and passive recruiting.
- Perform other duties as assigned, while thriving as a team player in a change-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Be an Active Duty Military, Military Spouse, or Veteran.
- Must live within 20 miles of base.
- 1-3 years recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably in the Business Process Outsourcing market recruiting for Work at Home positions.
- Experience with salary negotiations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Depth of knowledge in employment law is strongly preferred.
- Ability to influence across a matrix of business constituents.
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills with employees, management, and vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
