Magellan Federal - AFSC seeks a Personal Financial Counselor to provide comprehensive financial counseling and management services to military members and their families at Sioux Falls, SD. Responsibilities include creating spending plans for extended absences, developing educational materials, and leading finance workshops.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required by contract.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Tier 2 investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and families.
• Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
• Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families.
• Coordinate, publicize and provide Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
• Utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication as required.
• Manage duty to warn situations per DoD protocol.
• Participate in regular supervision and training; perform other duties as assigned.
