Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a PCB Business Development Manager to cultivate and win new military-grade Printed Circuit Board opportunities. You will lead account strategies, collaborate with engineering and procurement, and drive profitable growth within the Interconnect Technology Group.

The role requires 5+ years in account management, strong project management, and knowledge of FARs/DFARs and ITAR/EAR trade compliance.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required; MBA preferred.
5+ years in Account Management with strong relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated project management能力 with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Knowledge of FARs and DFARs.
Knowledge of trade compliance ITAR/EAR.
Excellent MS Office skills; PowerPoint and MS Project are required.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Proven track record establishing relationships with key OEM customers.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships within Military target customers to penetrate and win new PCB business.
Drive account strategies with Management to meet revenue targets.
Engage with Engineering, Quality and Procurement to discuss capabilities.
Lead and present high-quality Sales presentations to customers.
Collaborate with Plant Management, PMs, GAMs, and Operations to align schedules and commitments.
Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth transfers from development to production.
