Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking an Initiative Portfolio Manager to lead the PCB Division Portfolio and the global IT services team. You will drive multi-facility technology transformations, ERP integrations, and MES deployments across global PCB operations, framing a roadmap of improvements and reporting progress to executives in NA, APAC, and EMEA.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience, preferably in a large international PCB fabrication environment.
Strong PM skills and knowledge of PCB fabrication and CAD/CAM workflows.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC) is a plus.
Proven capability in business process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage PCB technology portfolios and identify value-adding opportunities across shop-floor and enterprise systems.
Lead assigned initiatives, ensuring IT governance and Stage-Gate compliance.
Direct rollouts and optimizations of shop-floor systems (42Q/MES16, Oracle ERP, DNC, CAD/CAM interfaces).
Coach teams to become subject matter experts and strengthen IT/Business partnership.
Oversee cybersecurity readiness and modern computing platform initiatives (NIST 800-171, CMMC, SSP).
