As a Military Operations Planner, you’ll bring your extensive planning expertise to work on various projects for the European Command Sensitive Activities Division. You’ll serve as an integrator between the traditional Joint Planning Process and Special Access Programs (SAP) to incorporate sensitive capabilities into the full lifecycle of military planning. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and incorporate the Joint Planning Process into Division planning activities.

You’ll guide the work we do for European Command's sensitive planning activities delivering estimates, base plans, operational plans, and contingency plans that address solutions to our Nation's greatest threats.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience supporting military planning

• Experience with Joint Planning Process

• Ability to train or coach others

• Ability to work multiple short duration project sprints in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal direction

• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading planning at the Combatant Command level

• Experience with compartmented programs such as Sensitive Activities, SAP, or ACCM

• Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally and effectively across the civilian and military spectrum from the Action Officer to the General Officer or Flag Officer

• Bachelor's degree

• Graduate of Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS) or School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
