Job summary

  • 3+ years developing, coordinating, and executing CONOPS, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, EXORDs from planning through execution.
  • Experience synchronizing cross-functional stakeholders and driving planning from concept to mission execution.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, battle rhythm management, staff integration, and command-level decision support.
  • Experience briefing senior leaders and facilitating planning discussions across teams.
  • Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting Military operations, operational planning, or staff operations within the U.S. Army or Joint organization

  • 3+ years of experience leading or facilitating the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and mission planning efforts at the Division level or higher

  • Experience supporting Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), Corps, Division, or Joint Task Force-level planning environments

  • Experience with campaign planning, operational design, or strategic planning efforts

  • Experience integrating operational, technical, cyber, intelligence, logistics, or information-related capabilities into planning efforts

  • Experience with Army operational systems and tools, including Palantir, Maven Smart Systems (MSS), or other mission command platforms

  • Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced operational environments

  • Knowledge of Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Joint operational environments

  • Knowledge of Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)

  • Master’s degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
