Job summary

GE HealthCare in Wisconsin is seeking candidates for the Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP), a two-year, three-rotation track designed to develop leaders across the GEHC business. The program acclimates commissioned military officers to corporate life while building a future leadership pipeline within GE HealthCare.

Qualifications

• Commissioned military officer with 4+ years of service and honorable discharge
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and basic data literacy

Responsibilities

• Complete three, eight-month rotations across GE HealthCare units
• Attend GEHC JOLP seminars and complete required training
• Complete all administrative requirements for program graduation
