GE HealthCare in the United States invites applicants to join the Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program (QRLP), a premier development track for careers in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Participants rotate through three 8-month assignments across QA, Regulatory, Product Surveillance, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2026-May 2027)
• Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
• Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotations
• Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy/Law Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related field

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Production & Process Controls, Corrective & Preventive Action, Design Controls, Product Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit
• Exposure to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives and the role of Quality and Regulatory Affairs in business objectives
• Teambuilding, mentoring, career development opportunities, and accelerated career paths
