Job summary

GE HealthCare invites driven students to join the Finance Management Program (FMP), a two-year, full-time rotational experience designed to develop future financial leaders. You will rotate across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A, with mentorship from senior leaders and formal coursework through our university partner, with potential international rotations.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Expected graduation date Dec 2026–May 2027.
• Geographic mobility: willing to relocate for rotations (relocation assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational program with four six-month assignments across key finance areas.
• Engage in formal training in finance, accounting, business strategy, and leadership development.
• Rotate through Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, FP&A, and potential Investor Relations, Treasury, or Business Development.
