Responsibilities

• Provide management and sustainment advisory services for ANG FTS Title 32 AGR programs; advise managers and supervisors on recruitment and placement actions for AGR personnel.
• Ensure required selection documentation is correct, including military compatibility; verify medical and fitness requirements; check security requirements; initiate select/non-select letters.
• Responsible for timely and accurate administration of voluntary and involuntary separation actions and Army AGR retirement actions.
• Consult with other HR Specialists to facilitate Full-Time manning reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
