Job summary

Eberlestock is seeking a Military & Government Sales Manager to lead and grow domestic government accounts, including military, law enforcement, and federal entities. You will drive opportunities from engagement through quoting, procurement, and fulfillment, working with the Professional Programs team to convert relationships into long-term customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of sales/account management or government sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-service skills with credibility across stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary sales and account-management contact for government customers.
• Develop long-term relationships with procurement personnel and end users.
• Maintain understanding of accounts, history, and future growth potential.
• Develop account plans and revenue objectives for key customers.
• Coordinate quotes, pricing, and materials for opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates.
