Safariland is seeking an Account Manager focused on U.S. Government agencies, law enforcement, and the U.S. Military to represent our tactical equipment and life-saving solutions.

This remote role prefers the Washington DC area and requires travel up to 60% overnight. You will build relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and drive sales across government and military customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills for government audiences.
• Ability to build trust with law enforcement professionals and military customers.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government procurement processes and contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience with firearms or tactical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth and meet KPIs.
• Build strategic relationships with US Government agencies, law enforcement, and military customers.
• Deliver product presentations and hands-on demos to decision makers.
• Train distributor sales teams and collaborate with internal pricing/logistics teams.
• Attend trade shows and manage test samples and market intelligence.
