Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent English; bilingual in English and Spanish if required by contract.
• Be able to obtain a Tier 2 background investigation.
• AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification required.
• Must pass Congressional Disclosures for Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling and management services to service members and their families.
• Develop and deliver informational financial materials and workshops.
• Coordinate, publicize and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops.
• Utilize virtual counseling or secure online communications as needed.
• Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
• Communicate with leadership and participate in supervision and program reviews.
• All other duties as assigned.
