Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English required.
• Spanish bilingual ability if contract requires.
• Favorable adjudicated Tier 2 investigation required.
• Must pass Congressionally Mandated Disclosures for OCI.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families.
• Develop spending plans for extended absences and financial education materials.
• Deliver financial management classes/workshops at installations.
• Coordinate with POCs and leadership to align program scope.
• Utilize virtual counseling and other secure communication modes.
