Magellan Health, Inc. seeks an Assignment Ready Counselor PFC in North Dakota to provide comprehensive personal financial counseling to service members and their families on military installations.

You will develop and deliver workshops, assist with spending plans for extended absences, and coordinate to ensure services align with DoD requirements. Strong communication and virtual counseling capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of financial counseling experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English.
• Spanish bilingualism may be required by contract.
• Must pass DoD OCI disclosures.
• Professional certifications AFC, CFP, or ChFC.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal financial counseling to service members and families.
• Assist in creating spending plans for extended absences.
• Develop and provide financial materials and workshops.
• Coordinate and publicize PFM classes across the installation.
• Deliver virtual counseling when required.
• Communicate with leadership and participate in supervision.
• Participate in trainings and quality improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
