The Military DoD SkillBridge program provides active‑service personnel with up to 180 days to gain civilian work experience. GE Aerospace is a SkillBridge partner offering real‑world training in demanding fields while evaluating the candidate’s suitability for future roles. The Mission Analysis team establishes and analyzes operating conditions for all GE Aerospace products. The engineer will produce files for performance, thermal, and stress analysis models, ensuring that operating conditions reflect engine operational intent for New Product Introduction (NPI) and fielded programs. The role requires moderate autonomy and collaboration with internal and external customers, systems, performance, and controls teams.
