Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist for the Military & Family Readiness Center at MacDill AFB. You will input data into AFFIRST and other systems, prepare class rosters, and provide frontline support to staff and customers.

The role requires at least 3 years of administrative data entry experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, strong communication, and careful attention to detail in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience related to administrative, data entry, and IT duties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook/Teams/Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input and update information into AFFIRST and local systems accurately.
• Scan, upload, and maintain program documentation and rosters.
• Support TAP classes with check-ins, set-up, and equipment support.
• Prepare class rosters and manage no-show lists for accurate tracking.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and correspondence.
