Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry & Customer Support Specialist to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) at MacDill Air Force Base.

You will perform accurate data entry into AFFIRST and other systems, prepare class rosters, and provide frontline customer support to internal staff and external customers. You will be a key member of the M&FRC support team, ensuring data is accurately recorded and inquiries are addressed in a fast-paced, professional

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in administrative/data-entry/IT duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and record information accurately in AFFIRST and related systems.
• Scan, upload, and maintain M&FRC program documentation.
• Assist with class check-ins, room setup, and equipment support for TAP classes.
• Prepare class rosters and manage no-show lists for participant tracking.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Support staff in use of equipment/software and program processes.
• Maintain PII security and complete required training certifications.
