Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Lead to manage the Military & Family Readiness Center’s IT operations at MacDill Air Force Base, overseeing laptops, printers, AV gear, Wi‑Fi, and networked devices to keep critical services running.

You will be the technical expert for staff and customers in a secure federal environment, coordinating with the Flight Chief and ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT duties including admin, data entry, and IT tasks as outlined in the PWS.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot basic Windows applications, including printer mapping, cloud permissions, network access, and files management.
• Hands-on experience with MS Teams for virtual training, meetings, and appointments; able to assist staff in Teams usage.
• Experience managing a commercial Wi-Fi network with access points, updates, and laptop connections.
• Familiarity with Air Force troubleshooting and security procedures; ability to generate work orders beyond contractor rights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT systems for the M&FRC at MacDill AFB, including laptops, audio/video equipment, printers, and networks.
• Utilize the IT support ticket system to document all staff IT needs.
• Ensure laptops, printers, and Wi‑Fi are operational; perform software installs, updates, and maintenance.
• Assist staff with AF Network laptops within security constraints; route issues outside rights via proper tickets.
• Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for IT assets and supplies.
