Parker Aerospace is seeking a seasoned Military Contracts Leader in Irvine, CA to drive complex government contracting initiatives across the Military Business Segment. You will lead negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide bid/proposal efforts while mentoring the Contract Management team.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional input to optimize contracts and proposals for long-term success.

Formación

• Experience with FAR/DFARS and agency/customer-specific requirements.
• Mentors Contract Management teams and coordinates training.
• Ability to lead complex, high-value government contracting efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Leads complex negotiations of strategic significance to the Military Business Segment and division.
• Manages contract risk across assigned programs and provides guidance on changes.
• Develops and presents complex customer-facing bids and proposals.
• Provides mentorship and training to the Contract Management function and related teams.
• May have responsibilities for Order Management and related processes.
