Job summary

Centerstone in Nashville, TN, seeks a Team Leader for Military Services to supervise Clinical Care Coordinators and ensure contract compliance. You will coach staff, oversee referral triage, and maintain case status tracking to support program goals.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or psychology (or a BA with leadership experience), military affiliation, and proven leadership in behavioral health with military communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Leadership experience required; minimum 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Military affiliation required; candidate must be a current or former service member or related.
• Minimum two years’ experience providing behavioral health or social services within military community.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Clinical Care Coordination team and conduct regular supervision.
• Oversee referral triage, case conferencing, documentation review, and productivity.
• Ensure contract compliance and timely internal reporting.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training of new staff.
• Support external provider coordination and outreach.
