Job summary

Spokane Produce, Inc. is seeking a FULL TIME Sales Administrative Assistant to support the Military Base customer program. The role requires professional interaction with diverse customers, accurate order entry and timely processing, and strong computer skills. Wage ranges $23.00–$25.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits including insurance, 401k, and employee discounts.

Working Sunday through Thursday, starting as early as 7:00am, with opportunities for longevity and career growth within our team.

Qualifications

• High level phone skills and professional, courteous customer interactions.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the Produce Pro System to enter orders and run reports.
• Good knowledge of produce items and seasonality.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders for Military Base Exchanges and Commissary Deli's accurately and timely.
• Process daily web orders, credits, mis-ships, and quality issues.
• Assist with base and exchange duties, POS tasks, weekly signs and banners.
• Prepare and send contractual reports to DeCA before due dates.
• Communicate Marketing Programs to Bases and Merchandisers per the 52-week calendar.
• Cover all duties of the Military Produce Specialist when on vacation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
