Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Milieu Therapist to support IP/Res and PHP programs for adolescents and adults. You will oversee meal monitoring, group facilitation, and milieu support while collaborating with a clinical team.

This full-time role offers four 10-hour shifts, on-site schedule, and opportunities to lead groups in evenings and weekends, with on-going professional growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field (required).
• Intern or associate license from the state licensing board (required).
• Minimum 18 months of behavioral health experience (requirement waived with master’s degree).
• 1+ year experience facilitating groups (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides meal monitoring and support.
• Documentation of groups, meals and patient check-ins and observations.
• Supports milieu with de-escalation, crisis management, bathroom monitoring and breaks.
• Implements and leads advanced groups; clinical lead in evenings/weekends.
• Covers Primary Therapists with supervision from Clinical Manager or Clinical Director.
