Job summary

The BridgeWay, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Milieu Coordinator to support behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. You will supervise unit operations, coordinate daily activities, and assist in interviewing applicants while applying behavioral concepts across units.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, or education and CPR/CPI certifications (or within two weeks of hire).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or Education preferred but not required.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare with adolescents preferred but not required.
• Must possess demonstrable leadership and supervisory skills.
• Current CPR and CPI certifications, or must obtain within two weeks of hire (onsite).
• Documented experience working with children (5–12), adolescents (13–18), and/or adults (18+) required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing applicants and supports performance evaluation of MHAs.
• Oversees/coordinates the specific unit assigned and addresses corrective actions with the charge nurse/supervisor.
• Reports to ACNO and CNO and applies behavioral principles across units.
• Provides a least-restrictive environment while maintaining patient dignity and safety.
