Responsibilities

• Provide de-escalation and recovery support to prevent seclusion.
• Respond to emergencies to maintain safety and security.
• Collaborate with guests to develop natural supports and community living.
• Assist with food preparation, serving and clean up.
• Assist individuals with shower and clean-up.
• Perform room safety checks and ensure clean, safe rooms.
