Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six to eight (6-8) years’ of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of federal government HR Management Support services IAW DoD and service-specific personnel management policies.
• Provide support in civilian personnel performance objectives and evaluations, military officer evaluations, and non-commissioned officer evaluations.
• Prepare, edit, review, and staff civilian human resource management forms and documents for signature.
• Ensure forms and documents are properly completed and reviewed for staffing and signature.
• Maintain HR trackers and personnel databases and support HR-related taskers.
• Coordinate development of organizational charts and monthly updates; submit for publication.
• Prepare welcome packets for incoming personnel and manage processing for in/out-processing.
• Monitor HR mailboxes and respond to emails timely.
• Maintain and manage awards processes, ceremonies, and corresponding documentation.
