Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Program Manager to lead MILDEP support activities at Fort Detrick, MD. This onsite role requires DoD program management expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple programs and teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee IPTs, risk management, scheduling, and business operations while ensuring DHA processes are consistently followed. US citizenship is required; travel up to 20% is expected.

• Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate task coverage.
• Ability to manage multiple programs/tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written, briefing, and executive communication skills.
• Travel: Up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day MILDEP support activities.
• Coordinate team workload, task coverage, training, vacancies, and hiring support.
• Provide acquisition program management, risk management, scheduling, business operations, and acquisition analysis support.
• Ensure standardized DHA processes and procedures are followed.
• Monitor action items, schedules, risks, external requests, and leadership deliverables.
