Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must have a Colorado teaching license and an active Special Education endorsement.
  • Experience serving students with disabilities and diverse backgrounds is ideal.
  • Knowledge of MTSS and collaboration with general education teachers is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as IEP case manager for a portfolio of students.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to implement accommodations/modifications.
  • Supervise and support paraprofessionals assigned to students.
  • Deliver rigorous, culturally responsive content in co-taught settings.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet goals.
  • Foster positive classroom culture and family partnerships.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development focusing on equity and inclusion.
