Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead MILCOTS vehicle integration programs in Missouri. You will drive end-to-end execution from capture to sustainment, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure feasibility, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and expertise in program management, ITAR/CUI compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Candidate must be a U.S. Person or eligible for export control authorization (ITAR/CUI).
• U.S. citizenship is required to comply with federal government contract provisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple programs from capture through delivery and sustainment.
• Define, develop, and manage product program content for vehicles, including decisions and trade-offs.
• Oversee vehicle integration across subsystems with engineering ensuring feasibility and safety.
• Own program scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and quality; establish integrated master schedule and dashboards.
• Chair and represent programs in internal forums driving decisions and accountability.
• Lead the cross-functional Program Execution Team (PET) for MILCOTS across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Integrate supporting processes into a coherent executable plan and update as needed.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks with contingency plans and owners.
• Optimize workflows to improve responsiveness, quality, and predictability.
• Interface with government and industry partners for reviews and engagements.
• Support business development and capture activities with requirements shaping and proposals.
• Develop and mentor program management staff and provide matrix leadership.
